Born in the vibrant city of Baltimore, MD, and raised against the backdrop of the sprawling metropolis of Los Angeles, CA, Dr. Robert Petrossian brings a unique blend of East Coast resilience and West Coast innovation to the practice of medicine.
After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of California at Irvine, Dr. Petrossian pursued his dream of becoming a physician in the Midwest: first obtaining his medical degree at the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine in Rochester, MI followed by his residency in urology at Southern Illinois University in Springfield, IL. It was also in Springfield that Dr. Petrossian met the love of his life and cultivated a deep appreciation for Midwestern values, lifestyle, and charm. Dr. Petrossian is thrilled to return to the Midwest to serve its diverse population and connect with the community that he has grown to cherish.
Dr. Petrossian believes in a holistic approach to healing that embraces both the physical and personal dimensions of well-being. In his free time, Dr. Petrossian enjoys building furniture, creating artwork, collecting antiques, foraging mushrooms, playing his electric bass guitar, and spending time with his beautiful wife, dog Violet, and three cats: Bruce, Poot, and Russell.
