About
Dr. Critchlow grew up in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, before completing his education in St. Louis and Columbia. He then completed urologic surgery training at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona where he learned that the needs of the patient come first, effective and successful care treats people and not just diseases, and that medical decisions involve a relationship between the physician and patient. In training, Dr. Critchlow learned robotic surgery techniques for the kidney and prostate, minimally-invasive surgery for kidney stones, and sub-specialized BPH treatments including holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP).

Outside of work Dr. Critchlow enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, Mizzou football and basketball, the Cardinals, and being outdoors as much as possible, including backpacking, fishing, floating, and camping.
